Housekeeping Manager
 

An ES/Custodial Manager 1 supervises hourly staff providing custodial services at client locations. Responsible for workforce planning, quality assurance training and administrative functions for designated area.

Service Response Center Manager
 

An eXPress Services Manager 1 oversees a Service Response Center by ensuring requests are dispatched and responded to in a timely manner. Ensures systems and standards integrity in all automated systems. Manages service response staff.

Patient Transport Manager
 

An eXPress Services Manager 1 in Patient Transport supervises personnel involved in the movement of patients in a medical setting. Responsibilities may include supervision of route assignments, account processing, route delivery, and transportation activities.

Unit Operations Manager

Multi-Service Manager

General Manager
 

Senior-most position at a single account. Directs all housekeeping operations, including the supervision, hiring and training of all cleaning personnel. Committed to ensuring client and customer satisfaction, while providing leadership in the unit.

Multi-Service General Manager
 

Senior-most position at a single account. Responsible for the general management of an account providing two or more core services (environmental services, facilities/engineering, or food), including the supervision, hiring and training of personnel. Committed to ensuring client and customer satisfaction, while providing leadership in the unit.

Area General Manager
 

Directs all contract management service operations at a single unit and provides additional resources to multiple accounts in the area. Assists District Manager, while supporting and mentoring General Managers in respective area of responsibility.

Regional Leadership Opportunities

Senior Manager of Area Support
 

Serves as a subject matter expert on standards and practices for custodial/environmental services. Works with operations constituents in areas relating to financial management, people management, account development, and account operations. Supports the implementation of new unit openings, including the development and administration of training plans.

District Manager
 

Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through managers, supervisors and employees, including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development.
